It is with a heavy heart I inform you that Wereta Wairakau Pahau (Matua Rackie), our Tikanga Advisor and kaumatua, passed away peacefully at the Hutt Hospital on Tuesday morning (June 30), surrounded by his wife, Iris and four children and one of his five mokopuna.

A decision-making tree has also been created to help work through and identify steps to keep yourself and the people you work with safe and ensure equitable and accessible health services are being provided.
