Rae Padd, a PhD student from the School of Psychology at the University of Auckland is undertaking a project aiming to create a peer support scheme for caregiver of children with a feeding tube. Her team has conducted a survey asking caregivers' preferences for the support space.
Workforce funding has been allocated at a regional level through Te Whatu Ora for postgraduate study and vocational training courses that support skills development for a broad range of roles within primary care settings.
