Hui for standard for occupational therapists involved in driving assessments and vehicle modifications

All interested practitioners are invited to be a part of the Hui to discuss the proposed standard for Driving Assessors. The draft standard was published in Dec 2020 for public consultation and the standard has now been amended to incorporate feedback received.  The initial rationale for the standard development is available here. The amended driving standard following the consultation period is available here, and a summary of the changes and the rationale is available here.

The hui will include representatives from the OTBNZ Board, Waka Kotahi NZTA, and the Board’s legal advisor.
