This is an application for Registration in the General Scope of Practice: Occupational Therapist under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003. As part of the application you will be required to upload information as described on our website.

Applications will be processed only when all information, documentation and fees have been received by the OTBNZ.

Registration application fees are non-refundable. If an application (including documents and fees) remains incomplete for a period of three months or more, the application will be deemed to have lapsed and you will need to make a fresh application, including the application fee.

Information that is materially falsifying or misleading will delay your application and may result in refusal of registration and / or prosecution.
