I accidentally said an activity was completed and now I can't edit it!
I am currently in the UK and won't be home for a while but want to maintain my registration. Does that mean that I only have to pay the public register maintenance fee? If so - is it difficult to change this status should I want to come home and work in six months?
I am currently in the UK at the moment so am looking to go on the non-practising register for the year. Only thing is I don't know when I will be home and looking for OT work again.
I am currently registered with the OT Board. However, I leave NZ in March 2007 and only want to remain on the Non-practising register. Do I still need to complete all the competencies etc?
I am currently working in a temporary position and am leaving for a month's holiday, to India. I currently do not have a job to come back to, and therefore I do not have a new third party sign off or supervisor.
I am uncertain if I'll return to work as an occupational therapist. What are my options? I don't want to apply for a practising certificate and then not return to work.
I cannot see all of the previous goals and objectives, and when I complete one it seems to disappear.
I do not intend to practise in New Zealand at the moment. I may wish to return to practice at some stage in the future. What should I do about my registration in New Zealand?
I have deleted some activities and they still appear in the archive!
I have just finished my first year of practice and will be renewing my practising certificate. What documentation do I need to re-submit?
I will be requiring an extension on the date required to submit my application for re-registration. I will miss the deadline of 28th Feb. Is it possible to submit my application later, but before the 31st March?
