Pursuant to Section 140 and 141 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (HPCAA), registered practitioners must ensure that the Registrar is informed of the current postal address, residential address and work address (if relevant). The Registrar must also be informed within one month of any name changes.

The Board has simplified this process for registered practitioners by facilitating the log-in access so that you can update your details without delay.

If you have lost your log-in details or forgotten your password, please email
enquiries@otboard.org.nz providing your full name and date of birth, and we'll email the information to you.

If your supervisor or third party link is not appearing on your site, it is likely that the details have been incorrectly input. You can re-enter the details or email enquiries@otboard.org.nz to correct the link for you. Once you have sent an email, please do not telephone as well, your email will be actioned.

If you require a receipt for payment of register maintenance fees or recertification fees, you will find a link at the foot of your personal details page where you can view and print out your receipt.

If you have previously changed your address without informing the Board, and communications have been returned to the Board as a result, it is possible that your name could have been removed from the Register pursuant to S144 of the HPCAA. If you wish to reapply for registration please email the Board at enquiries@otboard.org.nz for instruction on how to reapply.

If you have not
• paid the register maintenance fee; or
• applied for a practising certificate; or
• requested removal of your name from the register,
you will not have log-on access to your site, but you must still meet the legislated requirements of informing the Registrar of changes to your personal and contact details. Each change request must be in writing, addressed to the Registrar, quoting your full name, date of birth and registration number, and accompanied by a Register Update Fee of $33.75. Please mail to:
